PVA Eye SpearsPVA eye spears are constructed of the extremely absorbent Merocel polyvinyl acetal (PVA) substance. Each device is absorbent and robust, allowing gentle manipulation of sensitive tissues during LASIK and other corneal treatments. They are made to benefit both the patient and the physician. These spears have a triangle-shaped spearhead attached to a handle made of pliable polypropylene. There is no latex in these spears. These are made out of PVA sponge with micropores that are very smooth. These PVA eye spears have an incredibly quick wicking action and are appropriate for tissue manipulation. |
